Meet the Founder

Hey guys it’s Em, your UGC Coach!

I started creating content after moving from England to Australia in 2022, simply because I loved sharing what I was discovering, from hidden gems and workouts to beauty products and motivation for confidence. In August 2023, I discovered UGC and grew a full-time business, working with brands like Breeze Balm, JSHealth, Lorna Jane, LSKD, City Beach, and Airbnb.

In the beginning, I didn’t have a community around me, and I quickly realised how much having support and connection can accelerate growth.

Since launching the Creators Collective, I’ve coached over 100 students, helping them land paid brand deals, build confidence on camera, and grow real creator businesses, all while building a community of like minded creators who support each other every step of the way. I’ve learned everything the hard way, from pitching brands and pricing my work to creating content that gets results, and now I’m obsessed with sharing that knowledge in a way that’s simple, actionable, and actually works.

I’ve poured hours into learning from the best in the industry, testing strategies myself, and building frameworks and systems that take the guesswork out of UGC. Inside Creators Collective, I guide creators at every stage, from complete beginner to confident professional, giving them the tools, support, and roadmap to succeed without having to figure it all out on their own.

My goal is simple: to help you turn content creation into a real, sustainable income while gaining the confidence, skills, and freedom that comes with being part of a supportive, thriving creator community.

    COACH

    Magali started as a student in Creators Collective and has been living the full time UGC life since July 2025. She’s already worked with 100+ amazing brands like Dior, Bose, and Holafly, starting out in Germany, and the flexibility of UGC has given her the freedom to travel wherever she wants while building her business.

    She’s got a natural eye for content and knows how to work with brands in a way that gets results, all while keeping things fun and creative. Magali continues to thrive, balancing brand deals, travel, and her own creative projects with ease. Her journey shows just how much being part of a supportive community and learning the right systems can help turn UGC into a real, flexible career!

    She’s now super excited to teach you everything she’s learnt along the way, sharing tips, tricks, and insights to help you succeed as a creator too.

    Kat is a UGC creator who joined Creators Collective in Feb 2025. She’ll welcome you on your onboarding call and help you feel confident and fully supported as you join the community. 

    Since joining CC, Kat has worked with 60+ brands, gaining first hand experience of what it’s like to collaborate professionally and consistently deliver results. She knows how much having the right guidance and a supportive community can accelerate your growth, and she’s passionate about helping new creators navigate the process, answer their questions, and feel confident every step of the way.

    Chenoa, known on Instagram as @nourishwithnoa, creates warm, relatable content focused on healthy, balanced eating and lifestyle inspiration. She’s joining Creators Collective as our first guest coach to lead an exclusive mastermind all about creating insanely impactful content - the kind that gets attention, tells a story, and helps brands connect with audiences.

    She has built a community of 230k followers, so knows exactly how to create content that converts.

    One of the biggest challenges creators face is knowing how to make content that truly performs, not just looks pretty.   • Nope! I started as a complete beginner after moving from England to Australia and creating content for fun! I had no experience, qualifications, or followers. This program is perfect for beginners—more than half of my students start from scratch, and I've been able to help them launch and grow their UGC businesses into successful ventures!

  • Everyone’s journey is unique and depends on how much effort you put in. If you're committed to putting in the work, attending group calls, and staying consistent, making $1000+ in your first month is very achievable. Many of my students have done this!

  • UGC stands for user-generated content, which is content created by consumers (like you!) for a brand to use on their socials or in ads. It's become a go-to marketing strategy because of its authentic, real feel. As a UGC creator, you create content for brands to post, but you don’t need to post it on your own profiles.

  • Yes! UGC works in most countries where social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) are used for marketing. I have students in the program from all around the world, across six continents!

  • The more time you put in, the faster you’ll see results, but you can get started with just 1-2 hours a day. You don’t have to quit your day job to succeed in UGC. Many of my students are making $4000-$7000+ per month while balancing full-time jobs, family, or other businesses.

  • Absolutely! If you already have experience in UGC, this program can still massively benefit you. I specialise in helping creators scale their business, teaching you how to upsell and negotiate deals that can double, triple, or even quadruple your income.

  • In the case of customer dissatisfaction, I have a 24 hour refund policy, meaning you may receive a full refund if you make this request within 24 hours of purchasing the Creators Collective.

    Due to the nature of digital products, I am unable to offer any refunds after the 24 hour period. Any payment plans must be completed over the specified time period.
